Japan Earthquake: The earth has shaken once again in Japan. The intensity of the earthquake in southern Japan has been measured at 7.2 on the Richter scale.

Earthquake intensity and tsunami warning
According to the Japan Meteorological Department, the magnitude of the earthquake was measured at 7.1 and its epicentre was at a depth of about 30 kilometers from the eastern coast of Japan’s southern main island Kyushu.
The department has issued a tsunami warning and warned of waves up to one meter on the southern coast of Kyushu and the nearby island of Shikoku.
Earthquake situation in Japan
The nuclear plants of Kyushu and Shikoku are being investigated due to the earthquake. Japan’s public television NHK said there were reports of broken windows at Mizayaki Airport near the epicenter of the earthquake.
The Prime Minister’s Office of Japan has issued an advisory regarding the earthquake. Officials have been instructed to give correct information to the people about the earthquake and tsunami.
Along with this, orders have also been given to take stock of the damage caused by the earthquake. Let us tell you that earlier on January 1, more than 240 people were killed in an earthquake in Noto, the northern central region of Japan.
