Officials said that the police have arrested two alleged attackers, who have been identified as 23-year-old Gurmel Baljit Singh, a resident of Haryana, and 19-year-old Dharmaraj Rajesh Kashyap, a resident of Uttar Pradesh. Another accused is absconding, and efforts are being made to catch him. Police sources said that a team of the Special Cell of Delhi Police is being prepared to be sent to Mumbai to help in the investigation of Siddiqui’s murder.
