Police Constable Recruitment 2024: There is good news for the youth. If you are interested in joining the police, then prepare yourself well. The calendar of Uttarakhand Police Recruitment is going to be released this month.
Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission will release the recruitment program for two thousand constable posts in the police department. The commission has completed preparations. Besides police recruitment, 600 constable posts can be recruited in the forest department. Apart from this, the recruitment calendar for more than 200 other posts in various departments can be released this month.
The commission has already released the examination program for the recruitment to be held in the coming days. Under this, the recruitment examination for the posts of constable in the police department will be conducted in the coming year 2025, with a physical efficiency test on January 1 and a written examination on June 15.
The proposed exam date for recruiting 21 posts of primary teachers in the Tribal Welfare Department has been fixed as February 23, 2025. The exam for six posts with Library Science qualifications in various departments will be held on March 23 next year, and for 200 posts of Forest Inspector on April 20 next year. The exam schedule for these recruitments can be released in the coming days.
On the other hand, recruitment has been announced for 1088 posts of Police Constable in Himachal Pradesh. Of these 1088 posts, 708 are reserved for Constable (Male) and 380 for Constable (Female). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post of Constable till October 31 through the official website of the Commission, www.hppsc.hp.gov.in.
Candidates applying for recruitment to constable posts will be eligible only if they have passed matriculation and +2 from any institute/school/board in Himachal Pradesh. They will also be able to apply in their district only. Selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs 20,200 to Rs 64,000 per Band 3.
