To make Bihari fish, you will need these ingredients:
Five to six pieces of fish
Two tablespoons of oil
One tablespoon of turmeric powder
Salt according to taste
One tablespoon of red chilli powder
8 to 10 garlic cloves
One tablespoon of fenugreek seeds
One tablespoon of black pepper
One tablespoon of mustard seeds
One tablespoon of cumin seeds
Two pieces of chopped tomato
Two tablespoons of coriander leaves
Three to four curry leaves
One tablespoon of garam masala
Prepare Bihari curry fish quickly in these ways:
First, you must take a big bowl and put the fish pieces in small pieces. Then add two teaspoons of turmeric, red chilli, salt, and oil.
Mix all these spices well with the fish pieces and then leave it to marinate for about 15 – 20 minutes.
Now you have to take a jar and put green chillies, garlic, black pepper, mustard, whole red chillies, fenugreek, and cumin seeds in it. Now add salt, turmeric and tomatoes to it.
Now, prepare a paste of all these ingredients. Then, take a pan, add oil, and add some mustard seeds.
Now, put the marinated fish pieces in it. Then, after 2 minutes, put more prepared paste in the pan.
Now fry all the spices very well and add salt according to taste.
Put the fried fish pieces in it, stir the spices well, and add some water.
