Gautam Gambhir played the role of mentor for Kolkata Knight Riders for The IPL season 2024. KKR successfully won the title for the third time, becoming the third team of IPL to win the ipl trophy after Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings.
But Gautam Gambir joined team India as the head coach, and he cannot remain mentor for KKR. This is the reason KKR is finding his replacement.
According to some sources KKR management have asked Dewan Bravo to replace Gautam Gambhir. Dewan Bravo played for MI and CSK in IPl, have one several titles playing for CSK.
