There are some tips to make a healthy and strong relationship.

Take the time to appreciate yourself and get in touch with your emotions to express yourself clearly and more effectively.

Do not think that your partner will tell you what you are thinking by looking at your face. If you want to say something, then express your feelings. It is not fair to you or your partner when you don’t communicate your needs.

In a strong relationship, one must know when to speak and when to listen. If one person wants to spend more time with another person, then it is not necessary to set a boundary of how much time is appropriate together and apart.
