No changes have been made to the engine of Mahindra Scorpio N Carbon Edition. The SUV uses a two-litre petrol engine and a 2.2-litre diesel engine. Along with this, the Black Edition of the SUV has the option of manual and automatic transmission. The Carbon Edition of the SUV also has the option of 4WD.
At the same time, the company offers a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine in the MG Hector Blackstorm Edition. Which gives 143 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. As a second option, a two-litre turbo diesel engine has been given. Which gives it 170 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque. It has the option of 6-speed automatic and manual transmission.

The starting ex-showroom price of Mahindra Scorpio Carbon Edition has been kept at Rs 19.19 lakh and its top variant has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 24.89 lakh.
At the same time, MG Hector Blackstorm is available in only one variant in the Indian market and it has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 22.14 lakh.
