In February 2025, many auto manufacturers introduced updated versions of many of their models to attract customers. At the same time, India’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch next month i.e. in March. Along with this, Kia India, Volvo, Tata as well as MG can also launch their new vehicles. Maruti Suzuki E-Vitara

Maruti introduced its first all-electric SUV E-Vitara at the Auto Expo 2025. Although Maruti has not announced its official launch date, it is likely to be launched in mid-March. Some dealerships have already started their bookings. The E-Vitara is going to come with two battery pack options (49 kWh and 61 kWh), which claims to give a range of more than 500 km. The price of this car is Rs 17 lakh ex-showroom and its launch date can be mid-March 2025.

Tata Harrier EV

At the Auto Expo 2025, Tata showcased the production-spec model of its Harrier EV, which is expected to launch in India by the end of March. It is going to be equipped with many great features. Tata has confirmed that the Harrier EV will also have dual electric motors and an all-wheel-drive system, which will produce 500 Nm of torque. The car is priced at Rs 30 lakh ex-showroom and its launch date could be March 31, 2025.

MG Cyberster

MG introduced its first electric convertible Cyberster at the Auto Expo 2025. The car has set a record by achieving 0-100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds at Sambhar Salt Lake. The Cyberster is powered by a 77 kWh battery pack, which combined with dual electric motors produces 510 PS of power and 725 Nm of torque. MG will launch it through its ‘select’ dealerships. The car is priced at Rs 50 lakh ex-showroom and its launch date could be the second week of March 2025.

2025 Kia EV6

Kia is expected to launch the facelifted version of the EV6 in the first week of March. It features new design updates, such as revised LED headlights and alloy wheels. Its interior features a two-spoke steering wheel and an updated center console.

The 2025 EV6 is powered by an 84 kWh battery pack, which claims to offer a range of over 650 km. Apart from this, features like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) have also been provided in it. The car is priced at Rs 63 lakh ex-showroom and its launch date could be mid-March 2025.

Volvo XC90 Facelift

Volvo has recently confirmed that it will launch the XC90 facelift on March 4, 2025. It has received mild cosmetic updates, such as a new bumper, slimmer LED headlights and taillights, and new alloy wheels. The interior has also been changed, including features such as an 11.2-inch infotainment system, a 12.3-inch driver display, four-zone automatic climate control, and a panoramic sunroof.

The Volvo XC90 facelift may get the same mild-hybrid petrol engine, but a plug-in hybrid option may also be offered. The car is priced at Rs 1.05 crore ex-showroom and its launch date could be March 4, 2025.
