Powertrain
The Maruti Suzuki XL6 gets a petrol engine with a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, mild-hybrid motor that produces 102bhp and 137Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a new six-speed automatic unit. This engine now complies with RDE and BS6 Phase 2 emission norms.
It also gets a CNG powertrain with the same engine that generates 88 PS and 121.5 Nm of peak torque. It comes only with a 5-speed manual transmission. Talking about mileage, its petrol engine gives a mileage of 20.97kmpl and the CNG variant 26.32km/kg.
Price and Variants
This 6-seater MPV is sold in three main variants Zeta, Alpha, and Alpha +. But the CNG kit is available only in the Zeta trim. Its price starts at Rs 11.71 lakh ex-showroom and goes up to Rs 14.77 lakh ex-showroom for the top model. It is sold from Maruti’s Nexa dealerships.
