To prepare mutton

One kg mutton

300 grams of onion

About 3 pieces of tomato

About 4 pieces garlic

150 grams mustard oil

Four teaspoons of ginger garlic green chili paste are needed.

One teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder

Two teaspoons turmeric

Two teaspoons vegetable masala

Two bay leaves

Two pieces of dried red chili

One small bowl of curd

Prepare it at home like this.

First of all, wash the meat and take it out, then add curd to it, mix some turmeric and some Kashmiri chili powder, and keep it covered. Here we will finely chop onion in a chopper and make a paste of ginger, garlic, and chili. After 15 minutes, combine the onion with the ginger and garlic paste, add three pieces of whole garlic, and mix all the spices together. For example, incorporate two spoons of vegetable masala and chili powder.

Taste and adjust the turmeric and salt according to your preference, as you previously added them during the marinating process. Incorporate the entire garam masala, which resembles small cardamoms. 4 big cardamoms Add two cinnamon sticks, one clove, four mace, and heat mustard oil to the mixture. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Next, transfer all the mutton into a clay pot, making sure to seal the lid with flour. Make sure to properly seal the flour to prevent steam from escaping and to allow the mutton to melt softly without the need for water.

Put this clay pot on the gas and let it cook on medium for 30 minutes. After that, remove the pot, leave it in this position for a while, and allow it to cool down. When it cools down, remove the dough from the seal. Take a pan, add two spoons of oil, and add cumin seeds, dry chilies, and bay leaves. Put the mutton in the pot. Now, fry it well.
