Ingredients required to make Aloo Chaat:
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 table spoon black salt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2-3 boiled potatoes
- 1 pinch black salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch cumin powder
- 1/2 table spoon chaat masala
- 1/2 table spoon red chili powder
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 table spoon pomegranate seeds

Method of preparation of Aloo Chaat:
Put coriander leaves, green chili, black salt, and lemon juice in a mixer grinder. Add some water and grind it finely. Take out the prepared chutney in a bowl. Heat some oil in a pan and add boiled potato pieces to it. Fry them till they become light golden and crispy.Then take it out on a plate. Add black salt, black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala, and red chili powder on the fried potatoes. Add the prepared green chutney and lemon juice and mix well. Add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix. You can also deep fry the potatoes to make them more crunchy. Take out the potato chaat in a serving plate. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
