Ingredients to make potato soyabean sabji;
100 grams soybean
2 to 3 potatoes
Two onions
Two tomatoes
One teaspoon coriander powder
One teaspoon red chilli powder
Aaj Kashmiri red chilli powder
One teaspoon coriander powder
One bowl curd
One teaspoon Kasuri methi
One teaspoon garam masala powder
One teaspoon cumin powder
One teaspoon black pepper powder
Five tablespoons oil
Salt according to taste
Finely chopped coriander
Method of making potato soybean curry:
First of all heat water in a pan and leave the soybean for half an hour. When the soybean absorbs all the water well, wash it well with muslin cloth two to three times.
Take curd in a bowl and beat it well. Add all the ground spices in this curd and mix well, also add kasuri methi to this mixture.
Put half a cup of oil in a pan and temper it with cumin and dry red chilli. When the masala crackles well, add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry well.
When the onion is cooked well, add the curd mixture to it and fry on low flame. When the curd is mixed well with the masala, add potatoes and soybeans and fry for four to five minutes.
Use water as per requirement or add half a cup of water and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
