  • Two tablespoons of bread crumbs

Method of making potato tikki :

To make potato tikki, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them. Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well and keep them in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, bread crumbs, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of chili, and chaat masala to the mashed potato and mix well with hands. Now prepare small round tikkis from the potato mixture and keep the tikkis together.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, deep fry the tikkis on medium flame. Prepare all the tikkis in this manner.
