Method of making sweet and sour amla pickle:
To make amla pickle, first of all clean the amla. Now put the amla in a cooker. Add half a glass of water and one teaspoon of salt and let the amla boil for two to three whistles. When it cools down, remove its seeds and separate the amla and keep it in a large vessel. Now we will prepare the amla masala.
