Ingredients for making Amla pickle:

250 grams of green amla

One teaspoon fenugreek

One teaspoon fennel

One teaspoon mustard

One teaspoon black pepper

One teaspoon cumin

One teaspoon celery

One teaspoon chili powder

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon dry mango powder

Salt according to taste

Half a bowl of oil

Method of making Amla pickle:

First of all, wash the amla thoroughly and wipe it dry with a cotton cloth. Give two to three whistles to the amla in a pressure cooker. By boiling the amla, the amla pickle will not spoil quickly.

Now put all the whole spices in a pan and fry for three to four minutes till a pleasant aroma comes. When all the spices are prepared well, then prepare it by grinding it coarsely.

Now we will add lukewarm oil to the amla pickle, which makes the pickle taste very good.
