250 grams almonds
150 grams sugar
Half teaspoon cardamom powder
Half teaspoon saffron
One big bowl ghee

Method of making Badam Ka Halwa:
To make Badam Ka Halwa, soak the almonds for three to four hours. If you want, you can soak it overnight as well. When the almonds swell well, then prepare a paste of it with the help of a grinder.
Put a non-stick pan on medium flame and add half a bowl of ghee. When the ghee becomes lukewarm, add almond paste to it and cook while stirring continuously. Then add saffron milk to it and mix well.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. As soon as the almonds start thickening, add one tablespoon ghee and cardamom powder and mix well. When the color of the halwa starts changing, add 2 to 3 drops of saffron to it and turn off the gas.
Your delicious and healthy Badam Ka Halwa is ready. If you want, you can add more dry fruits to it. Add finely chopped cashews and finely chopped almonds on top and garnish the Badam Ka Halwa.
