Ingredients to make Bathua Paratha:
200 grams Bathua
Two cups flour
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
One teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Half teaspoon celery
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt according to taste
Method of making Bathua Paratha:
First of all, wash the Bathua thoroughly. Mix finely chopped bathua in the flour. Making parathas with finely chopped bathua doubles its taste.
Take flour in a large vessel and add chopped bathua, finely chopped coriander leaves, one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon dry mango powder, half teaspoon nigella seeds, half teaspoon celery, half teaspoon turmeric and salt according to taste and knead the dough well.
Keep the dough aside for half an hour to set so that the dough becomes soft and the parathas become very tasty. Heat the pan and roll round parathas with light hands. Cook the parathas till they turn golden on both sides. You can use either butter or ghee in this paratha.
