Method of making laddu:

It is very easy to make these healthy laddus, which give special coolness for summers:

First, put makhana, almonds, magaj seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and roasted gram in a big vessel.

Now put all these in a mixer grinder and grind them coarsely. Do not make a very fine powder.

Place a pan on the gas and heat some desi ghee in it.

When the ghee is hot, add the ground dry fruit powder and fry it on a low flame. Frying for about one to two minutes will remove their rawness.

Now add coconut powder to it. Fry it lightly for two to three minutes. Then take out this entire mixture in a big bowl.

Mix well with black pepper powder and cardamom powder into the laddu mixture.

Now put a pan on the gas, put sugar candy with threads and some water in it, and keep it for making syrup.

Turn off the gas when the mishri dissolves well in the water and forms a light one-string syrup.

Add this mishri syrup to the laddu mixture slowly and mix well. If you want, add raisins lightly roasted in ghee to it.

After mixing all the ingredients well, add a little and make small round laddus.

These delicious and nutritious laddus are perfect to eat with milk every day! They will give you energy and cool your body in summer. So this summer, why not make these healthy laddus and feed them to your family?
