Curd 1 cup

The recipe for carrot, potato, and spinach-cottage cheese curry is as follows:

Step 1: Tadka of cumin seeds in oil

First of all, heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. After this, add chopped green chilies and ginger. Now add small chopped potatoes and mix all the ingredients well.

Step 2: Add radish and spinach.
