Ingredients for making gram flour sweets:
1. Gram flour 500 grams
2. 250 grams sugar
3. 100 grams ghee
4. Four cardamom seeds
5. 5 to 7 pistachios
6. 4 to 7 pieces of cashew nuts
7. 6 to 7 pieces of almonds
Method of making laddus:
Heat a thick bottom pan on medium flame. Roast the gram flour on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes and remove the gram flour from the pan. Then add four spoons of ghee and fry all the finely chopped dry fruits till they turn light red and keep them in a bowl.
Make thin sugar syrup in a separate vessel and start adding gram flour little by little. Mix the gram flour well in the syrup. Finally, when this mixture cools down, make round laddus.
If you want, you can put it on a plate and cut it in the shape of barfi. Believe me, as beautiful as they look, they are equally delicious to eat. Even small children eat it with great fondness. Your delicious Besan Laddu is ready. You can store it for 8 to 10 days. To store these Besan Laddu, take an air tight container, this will ensure that the Besan Laddu will not spoil for a long time.
