500 grams of chillies

One teaspoon mustard powder

One teaspoon red chilli powder

One teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon fenugreek powder

One teaspoon fennel powder

Half teaspoon nigella seeds

Half teaspoon celery

Two to three teaspoons oil

Salt according to taste

Method of making stuffed chillies:

To make stuffed chillies, first of all choose big sized chillies. Break and remove all the stalks of the chillies. Put the ground spices in a pan and fry for one to two minutes. When all the spices are fried well, add two to three teaspoons of mustard oil to it and mix it well with the spices.

Now the stuffing of the chilli is ready. Let this stuffing cool down a little. When the stuffing cools down, fill the stuffing well in the chilli. When all the chillies are stuffed, keep them in sunlight for 1 to 2 days and store them in an airtight container. This will ensure that your pickle does not spoil quickly.
