When the cooker cools down, take out the boiled vegetables and put them in the mixer and grind them finely.

Now filter this ground mixture (pulp) with the help of a cloth or sieve so that the fibers are removed and you get a very smooth soup.

Add some more water to the filtered soup (if you find it thick).

Now put this soup on the gas and let it boil.

When the soup boils, add some black pepper powder and lemon juice (if you want to add). Serve hot by adding finely chopped coriander leaves on top.

If you like tadka, heat ghee in a small pan. When the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds to it and let them crackle and then pour this tadka over the soup.
