Ingredients for making chicken curry:

500 grams chicken

One cup curd

Finely chopped onion

One teaspoon black pepper

Four green chillies

One small piece of cinnamon

Four to five dried red chillies

Two tablespoons oil

One bowl of tomatoes

One teaspoon turmeric

One teaspoon chili

One teaspoon coriander

One teaspoon chicken masala

One teaspoon Kasuri methi

Salt according to taste

Method of making chicken curry:

To make chicken curry, first of all you will marinate the chicken. Clean the chicken thoroughly and keep it in a bowl. Add one teaspoon salt and half a teaspoon turmeric in it and keep it for half an hour. This step will make the chicken very soft. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in the cooker, when the oil is heated well, add finely chopped onion and fry it. After this, add chicken to it and fry for 5 to 7 minutes.

When the chicken and onion are fried well, add all the ground spices and add two tablespoons of water and mix well. When the spices start giving a light aroma, then add finely chopped tomatoes, one spoon of garam masala, one spoon of chicken masala and one spoon of kasuri methi and fry well. When the oil starts appearing on top of the spices, then add half a glass of water and set it aside. Your very tasty chicken curry is ready.
