Ingredients for making Chicken Dum Biryani:
500 grams basmati rice
500 grams fresh chicken
Four big onions
Two tomatoes
Two tablespoons biryani masala
Two small cardamoms
Two big cardamoms
Two bay leaves
Three to four green chillies
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon coriander powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
One tablespoon garam masala
Half bowl finely chopped mint leaves
Half bowl finely chopped coriander leaves
Two tablespoons ginger garlic paste
Half bowl ghee
Salt according to taste
Method of making Chicken Dum Biryani:
First of all, wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for half an hour. This will make the rice very soft and fluffy. After this, marinate the chicken. For this, take a big vessel and wash the chicken thoroughly and put it in it.
In this chicken we will mix two tablespoons of oil, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and chicken properly. Add chopped coriander and chopped mint on top and mix the chicken well by pressing it. Keep it covered for half an hour. This will make the flavour of the spices reach inside the chicken.

As soon as the ghee becomes hot, add two cloves, two big cardamoms, two bay leaves and half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry them.
