So let’s know what ingredients we will need to make chicken lababdar!

 

500 grams chicken

Two onions

Two tomatoes

Two tablespoons ginger garlic paste

10 to 12 garlic cloves

Four to five green chillies

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon chili powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon black pepper powder

One teaspoon cumin powder

One tablespoon black pepper powder

One tablespoon chicken masala powder

Half a bowl of curd

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Half a bowl of oil

Salt according to taste

Method to make Chicken Lababdar:

To make Chicken Lababdar, first of all we will marinate the chicken. For this, wash the chicken thoroughly and keep it in a vessel. Now add half a bowl of curd, half a teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon salt and one tablespoon oil to the chicken and mix well and keep it aside for half an hour to set. Till the chicken sets, prepare its gravy.

First of all heat the pan and add half a bowl of oil in it. When the oil is hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, two bay leaves, two small cardamoms, two big cardamoms and two dried red chillies. Add onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste and fry on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. When the onion and tomato are cooked well, add all the ground spices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

When the spices are cooked well, add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. There is no need to pour water on the chicken because the chicken will cook very well with whatever water comes in it.
