Ingredients for making multigrain chilla:
Four teaspoons Kabuli chana
Four teaspoons Urad dal
Four teaspoons Rajma
Four teaspoons Black gram
Four teaspoons Green Moong
Four teaspoons Black Moong
Four teaspoons Soya
Half cup rice
One onion
One tomato
Four to five green chillies
10 garlic cloves
One teaspoon Cumin
One teaspoon Turmeric powder
100 grams Ghee
Salt as per taste
Method of making multigrain chilla:
Wash all the lentils and rice thoroughly and soak them overnight. When it swells well, make a fine paste of it with the help of a grinder. Add garlic, ginger, onion, tomato and green chillies and prepare a fine paste of it as well.
Mix the mixture of both well. Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt as per taste and keep it covered for half an hour. When the mixture swells well, then fry thin chillas on a non-stick pan on low flame.
Your multigrain chilla is ready. You can serve it with any kind of chutney. This is a very good option for the tiffin of adults or children. It is very tasty to eat and is very beneficial for our health. You must try it once.
