Ingredients for making Chilli Paneer:

Two hundred and fifty grams of Paneer

One capsicum

One onion

Half a bowl of corn flour

Half a bowl of flour

Half a teaspoon of food colour

One tablespoon soy sauce

One tablespoon chili sauce

One tablespoon tomato ketchup

One tablespoon Schezwan sauce

Salt according to taste

Finely chopped coriander

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Oil for frying

Method of making Chilli Paneer:

To make Chilli Paneer, we will first marinate the Paneer. Cut the Paneer into long pieces for marination and keep it in a ball. Add two teaspoons of corn flour, two teaspoons of flour, half a teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half a teaspoon chili powder, half a teaspoon salt, one teaspoon soy sauce and one teaspoon Schezwan sauce and mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry all the Paneer well till it becomes crispy and take it out. In the remaining oil, add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onion and capsicum and fry well. When the onion is fried a little, add all the sauces and mix.

When a nice thick gravy is ready, add fried paneer to it and fry it on high flame. Keeping the flame high gives it a golden aroma which adds to the taste of the food. To make any Chinese dish, we need hot sauce.
