Apple Chutney: Some people like to eat chutney with their food because it makes the taste twice as delicious. If you eat it even once, you keep on eating it. In such a situation, if you also like to eat chutney very much, then this time try a different kind of chutney, i.e. apple chutney. Which also has a different taste. Once you eat it, you will keep licking your fingers.

These ingredients will be needed to make apple chutney

4-5 medium-sized apples.

One ample tablespoon of ghee

2-3 tablespoons anise

A pinch of cinnamon powder

4-5 cloves

One teaspoon of red chilli

One teaspoon ginger

One teaspoon fennel

One teaspoon jaggery

Salt according to taste

One teaspoon of apple vinegar

Prepare apple chutney in these ways

To make apple chutney, you must cut the apple into small pieces. Take a pan, heat oil on it, and add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add a spoonful of ginger paste. Roast it for a while, and then add chopped pieces of apple.

Add cinnamon powder, chilli flakes, garam masala, ground black pepper and salt according to taste. Then mix all these well and cover the pan. You must cover the apples and cook them well for at least 15 minutes.

Now, keep checking in between that the apples do not stick to the bottom of the vessel. Then, when they become soft, remove the lid. Also, add apple vinegar and jaggery to it. Now cook them well and keep stirring until the jaggery gets mixed.

After this, turn off the flame. Let this chutney reach room temperature. Then, store it in a glass jar. Eat it hot with parathas, puri or roti. Along with taste, it is also very healthy. If you eat it once, you will keep eating it.
