Ingredients for Making Dal Kachori :
200 grams of gram lentils
Two cups of flour
One cup of refined flour
One teaspoon of soda
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Half a teaspoon of chili
One teaspoon of cumin
Salt according to taste.

Method of making Dal Kachori :
To make Dal Kachori, first of all, we will prepare the stuffing. To prepare the stuffing, keep the gram lentils in water for 1 to 2 hours. When the lentils swell well in the water, then give it two to three whistles. And keep in mind that you do not have to add too much water to the lentils; when the lentils are removed, then take them out after sieving and prepare a coarse paste with the help of a mixer grinder. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric and salt according to taste in the prepared paste and keep it.
Now on the other hand, we will prepare the dough for Kachori, so mix the flour and refined flour well, add two spoons of oil, add half a spoon of soda, and prepare the dough well. Keep the prepared dough aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set. This will make the Kachoris even more crunchy. Now take small balls of dough, fill the stuffing in them, and fry all the Kachoris on medium flame. To make the Kachoris more crunchy, you can deep fry them twice. This makes the Kachoris even crunchier. Serve the prepared Kachoris with green coriander chutney.
