What is the recipe for Vrat Wale Aloo Sabudana Cutlets?
Soak and dry sabudana
Soak sabudana in water for 4–5 hours, or overnight. When it swells well, drain the excess water and let it air dry for about 10 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, roasted peanut powder, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves, rock salt, and lemon juice. Ensure that you thoroughly mix all these ingredients evenly.

Shape the cutlets.
Make small balls from this mixture, and then flatten them into the shape of tikkis or cutlets. Make sure all cutlets are the same thickness to cook evenly.

Fry the cutlets.
Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Once the oil reaches a high temperature, carefully add the cutlets and cook them on both sides over a medium flame until they turn golden brown and crisp.

Serve the cutlets.
Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Serve them hot with green chutney or curd; they are perfect for fasting.

Make these cutlets special for Navratri! These sabudana cutlets will add a new flavor and energy to your Navratri meal. These cutlets not only give you energy during fasting time, but they also taste amazing, and you can easily make them for the whole family.
