Turmeric powder – half a tsp

Garam masala – half a tsp

Method to prepare Dahi Tadka

To prepare Dahi Tadka, first, you must take a pan and put it on medium flame. Now add one ample tsp of ghee in it and let it heat up. After the ghee melts, add mustard and cumin and let it crackle. Now, after some time, add red dried chilieschillies leaves and green chilieschilliesnions, and let them cook a little. Add black salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, and red chilli powder and stir. Then garnish with green coriander. Now reduce the flame and add curd, after mixing them well add water. Here you go, hot curd tadka is ready.
