1 pinch asafoetida

2 teaspoons finely chopped green chilies
Juice of half lemon
4 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Method of making Poha (Poha Recipe)
Clean the Poha: First of all, clean the Poha thoroughly. If you want, you can also wash the Poha with water, but keep in mind, do not soak it in water for a long time. Just wash it lightly and take it out.
Heat the oil: Now heat oil or ghee in a pan or wok.
Add the tadka: Add asafoetida and mustard seeds in hot oil. If you have curry leaves, you can also add them, it will taste even better.
Fry the onions: Now add finely chopped onions and fry till they become light golden.
Add spices: After the onions are sauteed, add turmeric powder and red chili powder (if adding).
Mix poha: Now add salt and cleaned poha to the pan, mix well and fry a little.
Green chillies and lemon: Lower the flame and add finely chopped green chilies. Then add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
