Ingredients to make Beetroot Potato Cutlet:

Two cups grated beetroot
Two teaspoons ground peanuts
Half teaspoon red chili powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Half teaspoon rock salt
Two tablespoons ghee
Boiled potatoes
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Beetroot Potato Cutlet:

Firstly, squeeze out the excess juice of grated beetroot and keep it in a bowl.

Now add ground peanuts, red chili powder, garam masala, rock salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and finely chopped coriander leaves to this bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well and let the mixture set for 10 minutes.
