Egg Biryan: Egg Biryani is a very good dish. A very tasty biryani is prepared by mixing rice, egg and some special spices. Egg biryani is a very good option for dinner on any night of the week. If you are ever having a kitty party or any small function, then egg biryani is a very good option for that too. Egg biryani is very tasty and delicious to eat. It is very easy to make because we will prepare it in a cooker which will be easily ready in 20 to 25 minutes. To make it, you will need very few ingredients which will be easily available in your kitchen.

 

So let’s know how to make egg biryani!

What ingredients will we need to make egg biryani.

 Ingredients for Egg Biryani:

6 boiled eggs

500 grams basmati rice

One finely chopped onion

One finely chopped tomato

Two teaspoons ginger garlic paste

One teaspoon biryani masala

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon cumin powder

One teaspoon chili powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon black pepper powder

One teaspoon Kasuri methi

One teaspoon chicken masala

Half bowl ghee

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Finely chopped mint leaves

Half bowl curd

Salt according to taste

Method of Egg Biryani:

To make Egg Biryani, first boil the egg, remove its shell and cut it with a knife. Add two pinches of turmeric and two pinches of salt and mix it. Now wash the rice well and soak it in water, this will make the rice very fluffy.

 

Put a piece of cinnamon and two bay leaves in a hot cooker and let them crackle. When the spices crackle, add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and finely chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the onion and spices are cooked well, add all the ground spices and curd and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Lastly, add finely chopped mint and finely chopped coriander and mix it with the spices.

 

When all the spices are fried well, add soaked rice and fry for 1 minute. Also, add two glasses of water and boiled eggs. Put a lid on and turn off the gas.
