Egg Biryani Making Tips: Do you love biryani too? If yes, then this recipe is for you! Often, when we feel like eating biryani, we go to restaurants and order chicken or mutton biryani. But today, I am going to tell you a recipe that you can easily make at home – Egg Biryani!

Egg Biryani is a quick and delicious dish that you can prepare in less time. It is perfect for busy days when you want to eat something nutritious and delicious.

Eggs are a good source of protein, which is essential for our body.
The spices used in biryani help in digestion.
Rice is a good source of carbohydrates, which gives us energy.

Ingredients:

6 boiled eggs
500 grams basmati rice
4 large onions
2 tomatoes
4 green chillies
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Finely chopped mint
2 small cardamoms
2 big cardamoms
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon egg masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1/2 bowl ghee
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Firstly, boil the eggs and peel them and keep them aside.

In a bowl, mix curd, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste.

Add the eggs to this mixture, mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes to marinate.

Heat ghee in a cooker and add big cardamom, small cardamom, cloves and bay leaves to it.

When the spices crackle, add finely chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.

Now, add tomatoes, green chilies and all the ground spices, mix well and cook till the oil separates.

Add the marinated eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Wash the rice and add it to the cooker and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add one and a half glass of water and cook till one whistle.

Finally, add egg biryani masala and ghee, mix well and cook till one more whistle.

Your delicious egg biryani is ready!
