Egg Curry: Egg curry is a recipe that you can make anytime for lunch or dinner. People make egg curry in many ways. If a guest suddenly comes to your house, you can enjoy it in a dinner party at night.

Egg curry is as easy to make as its benefits have been seen. It is made by adding delicious boiled eggs in a spicy gravy. This egg curry is made in different ways in many regions. In some places potatoes and drumsticks are also used in it.

However, onion, tomato and all types of spices are added to egg curry. Along with egg curry gravy, egg biryani is also made. Eating an egg daily reduces the risk of heart disease and a person lives a healthy life. Let’s see what ingredients we need to make egg curry

Essential ingredients for making egg curry:

6 boiled eggs

 

One bowl of curd

 

Two tablespoons of Kasuri Methi

 

One teaspoon of turmeric

 

One teaspoon of chili powder

 

Two teaspoons of black pepper

 

One large garlic

 

2 inch piece of ginger

 

Finely chopped coriander leaves

 

Salt according to taste

 

One large cup of mustard oil

 

Two finely chopped onions

 

Two finely chopped tomatoes

Method of making egg curry:

First of all, peel the boiled eggs well. Mix turmeric, salt, chili powder and two teaspoons of mustard oil in it and keep it aside. Apply a little whisk on the eggs so that they do not burst.

Beat the curd well in a bowl. Add two spoons of Kasuri Methi, one spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of coriander powder, one spoon of red chili powder, half a spoon of black pepper powder, half a spoon of cumin powder, beat it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Put half a cup of oil in a pan and fry all the eggs and take them out. In the remaining oil, add cumin seeds and fry the finely chopped onions till they turn golden. As soon as the onions are cooked, add curd paste to it and mix well. When a little oil appears in the masala, add tomato paste to it and cover and cook for 10 minutes.

When all the spices are fried well, add salt according to taste and add half to one cup of water as per requirement and cook on high flame till it boils. As soon as the gravy boils, add all the fried eggs and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and add finely chopped coriander leaves. Your delicious egg curry is ready!
