Today we will tell you how you can make restaurant-like delicious egg curry at home, that too in a very easy way.

Ingredients to make Egg Curry:

Boiled eggs: 6
Onions: 2 (finely chopped)
Tomatoes: 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Green chillies: 2 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Coriander leaves: for garnishing

Method to make Egg Curry:

First of all, peel the boiled eggs and make light slits in them. This will allow the curry masala to penetrate well inside the eggs.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry for a while so that the raw smell goes away.
Then, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.

Add some water and cook the masala on low flame for 5-7 minutes. When the masala starts leaving oil, understand that it is ready.

Now add 1 cup water and let it boil.

Add boiled eggs and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Finally, add garam masala and coriander leaves and mix.

Your delicious egg curry is ready. Serve it hot with rice, roti or paratha.
