Garam masala – half teaspoon
Potatoes – two to three
Moong Badi – 1 big bowl
Water – one and a half cups

Farah Khan told how to make Aloo Badi ki Sabzi:

First, take a pan and put one teaspoon of oil in it. Then, put cumin seeds in the oil, let them crackle, and put dry chilli in it. After this, make a paste of onion, ginger, and garlic, grind them well in a mixer, and grind them and put them in the pan. After this, add two chopped tomatoes, but if you want to increase the taste, make a paste of them.

Keep in mind that keep stirring these spices in between so that they stick to the pan. Then add herbs and salt according to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix all these spices.

Fry all these spices well in the pan. Now take potatoes, cut them into long pieces and wash them well. Then, add them to the spices. Now you have to add badi. Keep stirring the potatoes and Badi for some time; add water as required and stir the pan. Here you go, the hot vegetable is ready.
