Ingredients for making carrot peas sabzi:
250 grams carrot
250 grams peas
Onion finely chopped
Two teaspoons curd
One tomato
Green chilli
One teaspoon cumin seeds
One cup teaspoon oil
One teaspoon turmeric powder
One teaspoon red chilli powder
One coriander powder
One teaspoon garam masala
Salt according to taste
Method of making carrot peas sabzi:
First of all, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. Now add chopped onion and green chilli and fry for one to two minutes. Then add red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry.
Now add tomato and curd to it and mix it after stirring for some time and also add salt. After 2 to 3 minutes, add peas and carrot and mix it and add water as per requirement and cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes and also add garam masala.
Delicious carrot peas sabzi is ready.
Serve carrot peas sabzi with roti, paratha or kulcha.
