Ingredients for making Cauliflower Pakora:
250 grams fresh cabbage
One bowl of gram flour
Half a bowl of semolina
Finely chopped green chillies
One teaspoon dry mango powder
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon chili powder
Oil for frying
Method of making Cauliflower Pakora:
First of all, clean the cabbage thoroughly and cut it into pieces and keep it in a vessel. Add half a bowl of gram flour, half a teaspoon turmeric powder, two to three tablespoons semolina, half a teaspoon chili powder, finely chopped green chillies and one teaspoon salt to this chopped cabbage and mix well.
Keep the mixed batter aside for 4 to 5 minutes to set. Heat oil in a pan, and fry small pakoras in hot oil. Fry them twice to make them more crunchy.
