Gobi Ka Paratha: Gobi Paratha is an Indian dish which is delicious to eat. If you get hot gobi parathas early in the morning during the winter season, then your day will be made. It is impossible that your mouth does not water on hearing the name of gobi paratha.

It is prepared with a stuffing of cabbage and some spices. People like to eat gobi paratha with curd or pickle. Gobi paratha is a very good option for morning breakfast. Children also like it very much. It is also considered a good option for morning tiffin pack.

Ingredients for making Cauliflower Parathas:

500 grams of cabbage

500 grams of flour

Half a bowl of finely chopped onions

1 inch piece of ginger

Two to three finely chopped green chillies

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

Half a teaspoon of cumin powder

Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder

Half a teaspoon of chaat masala

Half a bowl of ghee

Two teaspoons of oil

Method of making Cauliflower Parathas:

First of all, wash the cabbage thoroughly and chop it finely. Now add two teaspoons of oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin to it and add finely chopped onion and chillies and cook for 3 minutes. Add the prepared spices and mix and add grated cauliflower and fry for three to four minutes.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of ghee to the flour and prepare a soft dough. Keep the prepared dough aside for 10 minutes so that the dough sets well. After that, keep the pan on medium heat. Take small balls of dough and fill them with the prepared cauliflower stuffing and roll them gently. Cook the parathas on medium flame by turning them over and over until they turn golden brown.

Your cauliflower parathas are ready! Serve them with curd or coriander chutney.
