2 tablespoons coconut powder

2 tablespoons raisins

5-6 almonds (finely chopped)

5-6 cashews (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon pistachios

1 teaspoon fennel

1 teaspoon cardamom powder

2 tablespoons milkmaid

Ghee or refined oil for frying

Method to make Jaggery Pua:

First of all, cut the jaggery into small pieces and soak it in 1/2 glass of water. When the jaggery dissolves well, mash it with your hand and filter it through a sieve so that there is no dirt.

Peel the ripe bananas in a large vessel and mash them well.

Now add wheat flour and rice flour.

Then prepare a thick batter (lori) by adding jaggery solution, milk and coconut powder.

Now add milkmaid, fennel seeds, cardamom powder, chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins to this mixture and mix well.

Cover the batter and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes so that all the flavors mix well.

Heat ghee or refined oil in a pan.

Now pour the batter in the hot ghee with the help of a spoon or piping bag and fry round puris.

Fry on medium flame till both sides become golden and crispy.

Take out the fried puri on tissue paper so that the extra oil drains out.

Now serve hot puris and enjoy.
