Ingredients to make Gujiya :
2 cups refined flour
4 tablespoons ghee
½ cup water
1 cup khoya
½ mawa
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup dry fruits
½ tsp cardamom powder

Method of making Gujiya:
Take flour in a large vessel, add ghee to it, and mix well. Now add water little by little and knead a hard dough and keep it covered for 30 minutes. Fry khoya in a pan on low flame till it becomes light brown. After it cools down, add powdered sugar, dried fruits, and cardamom powder to it. Make small balls from the kneaded dough and roll them. Make the shape of Gujiya with the Gujiya mold or by hand. Fill 1-2 spoons of stuffing in the middle and apply some water on the edges and fold and seal. Prepare all Gujiya in the same way. Heat ghee on medium flame and fry gujiya in it on low flame till it becomes golden brown. Take out the fried gujiya on tissue paper so that excess oil drains out. Mix sugar and water in a pan and make 1 string syrup. Dip the fried Gujiya in syrup for 1 minute and take it out.
