Method of making Gulab Jamun :

To make Gulab Jamun, first of all, we will prepare the mixture of Gulab Jamun. For this, mix refined flour, khoya, and milk powder well with the help of milk and prepare a soft dough. Keep this dough covered for two to three minutes. This will make Gulab Jamun very soft. Now apply oil on your hands and prepare round and smooth gulab jamun.

Make sure that there are no cracks on the Gulab Jamun. With the help of palms, prepare very soft and round Gulab Jamun. Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, deep fry the Gulab Jamun in it on medium heat. On the other hand, prepare the syrup.
