10 to 12 cashew nuts
500 grams sugar
500 grams ghee
Method of making Gulab Jamun:

Keep the prepared dough covered for half an hour. This will prevent the Gulab Jamuns from bursting and the taste will also remain excellent. After half an hour, make small balls of the mixed dough and keep them aside. Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Keep in mind that the ghee should not be too hot otherwise the Gulab Jamuns will remain raw from inside.
Keep making Gulab Jamuns on medium flame with light hands. Fry all the Gulab Jamuns in the same way and take them out. Then prepare syrup by adding two glasses of water and sugar in a pan. Put all the Gulab Jamuns in the prepared syrup and keep it covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
