Ingredients:
Khoya: 250 grams
Maida: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 2 tablespoons
Ghee: for frying
Sugar: 250 grams
Water: 1 cup
Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
Mix khoya and maida: First, mix khoya and maida and mash well. Add some milk to it and knead soft dough.
Make round balls: Now make small round balls from this mixture.
Fry: Fry these balls on low flame till they become golden brown.
Make syrup: Boil sugar and water together, then add cardamom powder.
Dip in syrup: Dip the fried Gulab Jamun in hot syrup and leave it for 1-2 hours so that the Gulab Jamun absorbs the syrup well.
