Dhaba Style Chicken Recipe: There are many people, young and old, who love chicken. Often, during their road trips, when the car stops near a dhaba on the highway, many people must have tasted the delicious chicken curry and naan available there.

The process of preparing Dhaba-style chicken involves three distinct stages. We marinate the chicken first, adding spices. Then the chicken gravy is prepared. Next, we prepare the tadka for the chicken curry, adding a unique taste to the dish.

Ingredients for Dhaba Style Chicken

6 pieces of chicken legs
1 tablespoon salt
2 tsp lemon
2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
2 onions
Ginger
8-9 cloves of garlic
3 green chillies
3 tablespoons of oil
2 tbsp. cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
5 big cards
8 black peppers
4 cloves
4 tomatoes
1 turmeric
1 teaspoon. red chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
1 cup water
1 tsp. garam masala
2 tsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp. ginger
4 green chillies

2. Grind the chicken in a bowl, then add salt, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste.

3. Mix it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

4. Now grind onion, garlic, ginger, and green chillies together and make a paste.

To make the curry:

1. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, large cardamom, black pepper, and cloves.

2. Fry until golden brown, and then add onion paste.

3. Mix it well, cover the pan, and cook for some time.

4. After some time, add tomatoes to it, as well as turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder.

5. Now add chicken pieces and fry them.

6. Incorporate some water.

7. Put it in a pressure cooker and cook.

8. After this, add garam masala and green coriander to the cooker.

To make the Tadka

1. Heat ghee in a pan; now add ginger and green chilies to it.

2. Let it cook, and after that, put the taka in the pressure cooker.

3. Cook till it boils, garnish with green coriander, and serve hot.
