Gram flour: 3 teaspoons
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 3 teaspoons
Mustard seeds: 1/3 teaspoon
Asafoetida: 2 teaspoons
Onion: 1
Green chilli – 2 to 3
Dry red chilli – 2-3
Prepare ladyfinger in this way quickly
To make ladyfinger, first wash it, then wipe it well and cut it into two long pieces. Now add gram flour, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder, dry mango powder and mix it well with your hands. So that the spices get coated on the ladyfinger.
