To make Dahi Aloo, you will need these ingredients

Curd-350 grams, Potatoes- 4-5, Desi Ghee – Two tablespoons, Cashew powder – 2 tablespoons, Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon, Red chili powder – half a teaspoon, Ginger finely chopped in small pieces, Tomatoes – 2, Green chilies – three four, Salt – according to taste

Prepare Dahi Aloo like this

To make Dahi Aloo, first take the potatoes, then boil them in the kitchen. Then peel the potatoes and make small pieces of it. Now put curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it. Now add red chili, cashew powder, rock salt according to taste to the curd and mix everything together well with the help of a spoon. Then keep this mixture aside.

Let this vegetable cook for some time and keep stirring in between. When these potatoes are lightly fried, take them off the pan and add the curd mixture to it.

Now once again put the pan on the gas on low flame and add water as per your requirement to make the vegetable thin. Cook the vegetable for two minutes. Here, hot potato curd vegetable is ready. Serve it by adding fresh coriander and enjoy the taste.
