These ingredients will be required:

Gram flour – two to three cups

Ghee – one cup

Sugar powder – 1 cup

Chopped cashews – 10 to 12

Chopped almonds – 10 to 12

Pistachio shavings – one teaspoon

Cardamom powder – one teaspoon

Method of making gram flour laddu:

To make gram flour laddu, first of all you have to take a pan and put it on medium flame. Now add two to three teaspoons of ghee in it. Now as soon as the ghee starts melting, immediately add gram flour in it and mix it very well. Roast the gram flour on low flame for about 12 to 15 minutes. Keep frying the gram flour until it turns brown.

Then when a mild aroma starts coming from it, add chopped cashews and almonds to it. Now fry for two to four minutes. After a while add water and fry. Keep frying it until the water of the gram flour dries up completely. Then turn off the gas and take out the gram flour in a thaali or a big plate.

Right now the gram flour will be very hot, so keep it aside for some time to cool down. When the gram flour is slightly warm, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix it well with your hands.

Mix this mixture very well with both hands. When everything is mixed well, slowly start making laddus with your hands. Start sticking the remaining shavings on the laddu. Here you go, your gram flour laddus are ready in no time.
